Contour steak knives embrace a contemporary styling of classic design.
The vertical brushed steel blade is designed to rest traditionally or vertically on the table; either way sees the serrations raised from the table top.
The Contour Steak knife set achieved the Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Award for excellence in design in 2014.

Handles are hand finished and oiled with traditional stainless steel rivets. Full tang and steel bolster improve balance and durability. Knife blades are made from specially hardened stainless steel to provide the finest possible cutting edge.

Product Care & How-to Guides
When washing your cutlery/flatware by hand:
Rinse cutlery/flatware to remove all traces of food as soon as possible after use. Wash in warm soapy water with a microfibre cloth or non abrasive brush**. Do not soak your cutlery/flatware and always dry thoroughly immediately after washing. Periodically wipe your wooden handles with a mineral oil.
**Always avoid scouring with pads or abrasive cleaners as this will scratch the surface.
To restore your finish on your cutlery/flatware we recommend using a dry microfibre cloth.
