Design Story: Contour Noir

Contour Noir cutlery is a continuation of the design language originated by Paul deBretton Gordon for the Contour Walnut Steak Knife designed in 2013. Kit deBretton Gordon took this concept and extended it to encompass a focused cutlery collection.

The pieces are curvaceous and make a distinct statement on the table. The smoothness of each piece sits comfortably in the hand and the fluidity of the form is accentuated by the use of dual materials.
