As a company that is built on foundations of family heritage, designing products to improve and enhance the lives of others, now, more so than ever we are appreciating our core values set by our father Robert Welch.

We can assure you that we are rallying to do all in our power to satisfy and serve you, our customers, to the best of our abilities. Together we have created a community, where loyalty is one of our customers’ strongest traits and we are immensely grateful for your continued support. We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s safety whilst continuing to provide you with the best possible customer experience during these extremely busy times.

We are operating our warehouse in line with all Government guidelines and social distancing advice which may impact deliveries in the run-up to Christmas. We are aiming to deliver with the UK all orders within 3-5 working days. All our international deliveries are remaining as standard.
