At Robert Welch we treat our customers’ safety with the utmost care and take our social responsibility very seriously and we will do everything possible to ensure that our bladed items are delivered to the correct recipient. Changes to UK law mean that all knives, including cutlery knives, have now become 18+ Age Restricted Items.

Robert Welch Designs will be carrying out 18+ Age Verification on all purchases of bladed cutlery pieces (including cutlery knives and our main boxed sets). The Age Verification process is automatic and in the background, you won’t even know it is happening (If the initial Age Verification fails, we will contact you by email.

All deliveries will be made by DPD and, if your order contains an 18+ Age Restricted Item, DPD will require proof of your age (if you appear to be under 25) at the point of delivery.
