1. To enter, entrants must be over the age of 18 (proof of age may be required). Only one entry can be made per person, per household, and per email address. By entering, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.

2. Entries that are incomplete, misspelt, corrupt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered. Robert Welch cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, or void entries for any reason.

3. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which Robert Welch reserves the right to amend at any point, during and after the closing date. Robert Welch reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Entrants agree that their information will be used in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Notice at https://www.robertwelch.com/pages/privacy, including for marketing purposes. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in marketing communications or by emailing help@robertwelch.com.

5. This prize draw is not open to employees, contractors, or direct family members of Robert Welch.

6. The prize draw/competition will be open from 00:01 GMT on Thursday, 28th November 2024 until 23:59 GMT on Thursday, 12th December 2024. No entries will be accepted before or after this time.

7. On or shortly after Monday, 16th December 2024, the winner will be selected at random from the pool of entrants who entered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Robert Welch's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The winner will be notified by email to the email address provided and must formally claim the prize (providing proof of age if required) by responding via email to Robert Welch to confirm acceptance and provide an address for delivery. If the prize contains an age restricted item, proof of age will also be required on delivery.  

9. If the winner does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of the email notification, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Robert Welch reserves the right to offer the prize to the next randomly drawn entrant.

10. The prize must be claimed as stated and cannot be deferred, exchanged for cash, or transferred. If the winner chooses not to claim the prize offered, they forfeit the prize, and Robert Welch is under no obligation to offer an alternative. Robert Welch reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

11. Events may occur that make the prize draw or awarding the prize impossible due to reasons beyond Robert Welch's control. Accordingly, Robert Welch may at its absolute discretion vary, amend, or cancel the competition, and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Robert Welch as a result.
