1. To enter, entrants must be over the age of 18 and resident in mainland UK. Only one entry can be made per email address and only one entry can be made per household. In entering, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.

2. Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, corrupt or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered. No responsibility can be accepted by Robert Welch for lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete or void entries for any reason.

3. Robert Welch has the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point during and past the closing date.

4. By entering, entrants are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Robert Welch reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Entrants are also agreeing for their information to be used in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Notice at https://www.robertwelch.com/pages/privacy including for their name and email address provided to be used for marketing purposes. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided in marketing communications or by emailing help@robertwelch.com.

6. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Robert Welch, or their direct family members.

7. The prize draw/competition will be open from 09:00am GMT on Friday 14.03.2025 until 11:59pm BST on Sunday 13.04.2025. No entries will be accepted before or after this time.

8. On or shortly after Sunday 13.04.2025, winners will be selected at random from the pool of entrants who successfully entered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Robert Welch's selection and decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winners will be notified by email to the address provided and will need to formally claim their prize by responding by email to Robert Welch confirming their acceptance of the prize.

10. If a winner does not claim their prize within ten (10) days of notification by email, they forfeit their right to the prize and Robert Welch reserves the right to offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random.

11. The prize will be sent to the winner to the email address provided in the entry to the prize draw only. Robert Welch will not send the prize to any other email address.

12. The prize must be claimed as stated and cannot be deferred, and there will be no cash or other alternative offered. If a winner chooses not to claim the prize offered, they are relinquishing and forfeiting the prize, and Robert Welch is under no obligation to offer them an alternative. Robert Welch reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Robert Welch, and accordingly, Robert Welch may at its absolute discretion vary, amend, or cancel the competition, and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Robert Welch as a result thereof.
