Competition Terms & Conditions
1 - Entrants must be over the age of 18.
2 - The maximum value of the prize is £370.
3 - The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.
4 - No refunds or discounts are available for elements of the prize not taken.
5 - The prize does not include travel, accommodation, expenses, or additional meals.
6 - The prize will be delivered to the winning entrant as a voucher which can be redeemed against any standard day course/s on our schedule, subject to availability.
7 - The voucher is valid for use within 12 months of issue.
8 - Bookings are subject to availability.

10 - No cash prize alternative.
11 - Open to all UK residents only.
12 - Either party has the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point during and past the competition date.

14 - Robert Welch reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
15 - Entrants must be aged 18 or over. In entering you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. In the event that you win, Robert Welch may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter this prize draw.
16 - This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Robert Welch, Ashburton Cookery School, any person directly or indirectly involved with Robert Welch, Ashburton Cookery School or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
17 - The prize draw will be open from 08.00hrs on Thursday 23rd June 2022 until 12.00hrs on Thursday 7th July 2022. No entries will be accepted before or after this time.
18 - On or shortly after Thursday 7th July 2022, one (1) winner will be selected at random from the pool of entrants who successfully entered the prize draw in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
19 - Robert Welch's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20 - The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram.
21 - The winner should allow 4-8 weeks from the end of the prize draw to receipt of the prize.
22 - The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternative. Subject to availability, once the prize has been allocated, they cannot be transferred. Robert Welch reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
23 - Robert Welch reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time and updated versions will be effective as soon as published on robertwelch.com.
24 - Robert Welch reserves the right to cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in the reasonable opinion of Robert Welch.

27 - Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Robert Welch and accordingly Robert Welch may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Robert Welch as a result thereof.
