EASTER CUTLERY GIVEAWAY
There are 26 prizes in total. One winner will receive a cutlery set for 8 people, and 25 runners‑up will each receive a children’s cutlery set.
TO ENTER:
The prize draw is open from 06:00 GMT on Monday, 23rd March 2026 until 23:59 GMT on Sunday, 29th March 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
To enter, participants must provide their first name, last name, email address, and choose their preferred cutlery pattern from our selection via the competition entry form below. No purchase is necessary.
Eligibility
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over (proof of age may be required).
• Only one entry is permitted per person, per household, and per email address.
• Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize.
• The prize draw is open to entrants worldwide, provided that delivery of the prize is permitted to the entrant’s country of residence. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the winner.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Robert Welch are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.
Entry conditions
Entries that are incomplete, misspelt, corrupt, illegible, or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid and will not be entered. Robert Welch accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid for any reason.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Robert Welch reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, and to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of them.
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw (such as publication of their first name and country of residence), without compensation.
Use of personal data
Entrants agree that their personal information will be used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and Robert Welch’s Privacy Notice (available at https://www.robertwelch.com/pages/privacy), including for marketing purposes.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in such communications or by emailing help@robertwelch.com.
Winner selection and notification
On or shortly after the Closing Date winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date. Robert Welch’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry. To claim the prize, winners must respond by email to confirm acceptance and provide a delivery address. Proof of age ID documentation (driving license or passport) will also be required on delivery.
If a winner does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, they will forfeit the prize, and Robert Welch reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner selected at random.
Prize conditions
The prize cannot be deferred, exchanged for cash, or transferred. If a winner chooses not to claim the prize, they forfeit it, and Robert Welch is under no obligation to offer an alternative. Robert Welch reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
General
Robert Welch reserves the right to vary, amend, or cancel the prize draw where circumstances arise outside its reasonable control that make this unavoidable. No liability shall attach to Robert Welch as a result of such action. To the extent permitted by law, Robert Welch accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and the prize draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
