HOW TO CLEAN YOUR WOODEN CHOPPING BOARD

In a few simple steps, we show you how you can clean, treat and restore your wooden boards.

Recommended Wooden Chopping Board Care:

 

1 - Hand wash in warm water and dry immediately.

2 - Do not immerse in water.

3 - To clean the board rub salt over its dry surface and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the salt.

4 - Using the lemon rub the salt onto the chopping board.

5 - Rinse off the lemon and salt with water. Dry immediately.

6 - Treat with a suitable food-safe oil on a regular basis to maintain condition.

7 - Wipe off excess oil and allow to dry before using.
