Design Notes
The elliptical design elevates these storage jars beyond simple kitchen accessories. They have been created with Robert Welch's original design philosophy of form and function clearly in mind. The jars are made from fully food safe, shatterproof Eastman Tritan and stack neatly on top of each other to save space on kitchen worktops or in a cupboard, larder or pantry. The airtight silicone seal keeps food fresh.

Technical Information

Designing the Robert Welch way
Robert Radford Welch MBE, RDI was one of the most respected British designers of the 20th century. He believed that everyone should be able to use beautifully designed products in everyday life. After training as a silversmith at the Royal College of Art in London, he specialised in design for stainless steel, establishing a company in his own name in 1955.
Today, the company works to ensure its rich legacy remains an inspiration to the design team, whilst continuing to innovate in terms of technique and technology.
