• One (1) night’s stay at No.38 The Park, in an Outstanding Room, including breakfast and a dinner allowance of £150. Winner must book stay within 2 months of the draw date on a date within 6 months of draw date. Booking date is subject to availability.
2. Entrants must be over the age of 18 (proof of age will be required) and resident in the UK - excluding Northern Ireland. By entering, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.
3. Multiple entries per Instagram account are permitted by providing additional comments.
4. Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or are incomplete, misspelt, corrupt or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered. Robert Welch cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete or void entries for any reason. This giveaway is not open to employees, contractors, or direct family members of Robert Welch or No.38 The Park.
5. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which Robert Welch reserves the right to amend at any point, during and/or after the closing date. Robert Welch reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. The giveaway is open from 17:00 BST on Monday 21 September 2026 until 23:59 BST on Monday 5 October 2026.
7. On or shortly after the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from the pool of entrants who entered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Robert Welch's selection and decision as to the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram and must formally claim the prize by responding via email to Robert Welch confirming acceptance and providing their full name and address for delivery. The winner will also need to provide proof of age as the prize contains age restricted items. The winner agrees that their name and address will be provided to No.38 The Park for the purposes of delivering elements of the prize.
9. If a winner does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of the Instagram direct message notification, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Robert Welch reserves the right to offer the prize to the next randomly drawn entrant.
10. The prize must be claimed as stated and cannot be deferred, exchanged for cash, or transferred. If a winner chooses not to claim the prize offered, they forfeit the prize, and Robert Welch is under no obligation to offer an alternative. Robert Welch reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
11. Entrants agree that their information will be used in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Notice at https://www.robertwelch.com/pages/privacy, including for marketing purposes if they have opted in to any marketing mailing list.
12. Events may occur that make the giveaway or awarding the prize impossible due to reasons beyond Robert Welch's control. Accordingly, Robert Welch may at its absolute discretion vary, amend, or cancel the competition, and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to Robert Welch as a result.
13. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
