Our Robert Welch guarantees are separate from, and do not affect, your legal rights (see further information below).
What Robert Welch Guarantees covers
Our guarantees apply to manufacturing defects in eligible Robert Welch products from the date of purchase until the end of the applicable guarantee period.
A manufacturing defect is a fault in the product resulting from its manufacture. We do not guarantee that products will remain free from normal wear or deterioration for the applicable guarantee period.
What Robert Welch Guarantees do not cover
Robert Welch Guarantees do not cover:
• normal wear and tear;
• Deterioration resulting from normal use which is not caused by a manufacturing defect;
• accidental damage;
• damage caused by negligence, misuse or abuse;
• damage or deterioration caused by failure to follow our care instructions;
• products or components expressly excluded from this guarantee; or
• any issue that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Please read and follow our care instructions. Failure to follow the applicable care instructions may affect whether a claim is accepted.
How to make a claim
If you believe a Robert Welch product which is covered by a Robert Welch guarantee has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care Team:

Please include:

• your name and contact details;
• proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order number;
• a description of the issue;
• clear photographs showing the issue; and
• any other information reasonably needed to assess the claim.
We may ask you to return the product to us so that we can assess it. Please do not return any product until we have confirmed the return arrangements with you.
What happens if your claim is accepted
If we accept your claim under a Robert Welch Guarantee, we will provide a remedy for the affected product or item. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we will replace the affected product or item or, where replacement is not reasonably available, provide an appropriate alternative remedy, which may include a refund.
If only one item in a set is affected by a manufacturing defect, the guarantee applies to that affected item only, unless the issue affects the set as a whole.
Any replacement product or item provided under a Robert Welch Guarantee will be covered for the remainder of the original applicable guarantee period.

Your legal guarantee rights
