Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Summary: This role ensures that Robert Welch Designs IT systems and business applications are running efficiently and continuously improved to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor system and business application mailboxes and portals.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT system/business application issues in collaboration with RWD team members and vendors.
Carry out regular administration and maintenance tasks for IT systems and business applications.
Assist in the deployment of new applications, system upgrades, and enhancements.
Identify and follow up potential business system enhancements. Work with RWD team members and vendors to deliver solutions.
Assist in data management tasks.
Assist in managing user access, permissions, and authentication mechanisms.
Identify potential security risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Where possible share IT systems and application knowledge with end users.
Develop and maintain support documentation.
Key Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business applications and databases.
Ability to problem solve and implement effective solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and effective record keeper
Qualifications & Experience: -
2+ years of experience in IT systems and business application support.
Technical knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite), iPaas (Jitterbit), CRM tools.
Microsoft Certification (preferred).
IT business analysis experience (preferred).
Data management experience (preferred).
