Robert Welch is pleased to announce that four of its products have won GOOD DESIGN™ 2014 awards from the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.

The winning products are the Signature Cookbook Stand & Tablet, Signature Storage Jars, Signature Household Scissors and Stand and Contour Steak Knives.

"The GOOD DESIGN™ awards have been in existence since 1950 and are considered to be the most prestigious global awards for new product design and graphics. For 2014, the Athenaeum received submissions from several thousand of the world's leading industrial and graphic design companies. Robert Welch Designs has a history of success in the GOOD DESIGN™ awards winning in previous years with Signature salt and pepper mills, Signature kitchen utensils, the Signature ABS Knife Block and Facet and Bud cutlery.

The SIGNATURE kitchen collection was designed in house by Paul deBretton Gordon and Kit deBretton Gordon and the CONTOUR Steak Knives were also designed by Paul deBretton Gordon.
