Cranberry Mimosa

For an extra special breakfast serve this cocktail alonside our Shakshuka recipe.


1 lime, halved

1-2 tablespoons white caster sugar


Sweetened cranberry juice

To garnish

A handful of fresh cranberries

Rosemary sprigs



Run one lime half around the top of the champagne glasses and dip in the sugar.

Quarter fill each glass with cranberry juice and top with champagne.

Make a hole in the cranberries and thread onto rosemary sprigs. Slice the other lime half thinly and add a slice to the rosemary sprig. Top each glass with a cranberry and rosemary garnish and serve immediately.
