Whilst we want you to be happy with your Robert Welch products, we understand sometimes you may wish to change your mind about your purchase. If you wish to return your order, please enter your details below.
How do I return an item?
1. Enter your website order number starting SH not SO (this can be found in your sales confirmation email) and the email address used to place your order in the fields above and click Start.
2. Follow the instructions, selecting the items you want to return.
3. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request has been approved.
What items are returnable?
We are happy to accept returns of unused and undamaged items* within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.
*We cannot accept returns of bespoke designs, engraved pieces, or earrings that have been worn for hygiene reasons.
For items that are faulty, outside of 28 days, damaged in transit, or exceed 10kg please contact our Customer Care Team.
You have 28 calendar days to make your return. If you are outside of this period, we will not be able to exchange or refund your items. However, we will be happy to offer you an eGift card valid for one year for the same value as the item(s) to spend on our website.

Are there any charges for a return?
We offer free Mainland UK returns, providing you with a prepaid Collect+ returns label.
We are unable to cover the costs of return postage outside of Mainland UK, our Returns Team can support you in how you can return your parcel to us.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received, we will send you and email confirmation. Once your return has been inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Should we receive an item not in original condition, we do reserve the right to refuse your refund.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method, within 14 working days.
As with all refunds, we aim to process them as quickly as possible. However, payment and refund times are dictated by your payment provider.
