UK Delivery Information

Postage and packaging is free of charge for all UK online orders over £30. For all UK online orders with a value of less than £30, a standard UK postage and packaging charge of £3.95 will be applied.

Delivery of your Robert Welch items will usually be made within 2 working days of your order being placed but can take up to 5 working days.

Most of our parcels are delivered by the courier DPD (formerly Parceline) and will require a signature at the point of delivery. Occasionally some smaller orders will be delivered by Royal Mail.

For orders which include any of the large items listed below, the postage and packaging charge is £10.00 per order.
